• Order Cost/Weight: £0-£349.99 (0-199 grams) - Postage Cost: £3.99

• Order Cost/Weight: £0-£349.99 (≥ 200 grams) - Postage Cost: £4.99

• Order Cost: ≥ £350 - Postage Cost: Free

• Insurance Coverage: £150

International Shipping

Lost/Stolen & Damaged Packages

• PokePortal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

• If your parcel is lost due to courier error, please complete Royal Mail’s ‘Declaration of Non-Receipt’ form.

• Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 are covered up to £150. Special Delivery is covered up to £750 and can be increased upon request.
