• Delivery: Monday to Friday (Sundays may vary by region and are not guaranteed)

• Dispatch: 0-2 working days

• Order Weight: (0-199 grams) - Postage Cost: £3.49

• Order Weight: (≥ 500 grams) - Postage Cost: £3.99

• Insurance Coverage: £75

Royal Mail Tracked 24

• Delivery aim: 1-2 working days

• Delivery: Monday to Saturday (Sundays may vary by region and are not guaranteed)

• Dispatch: 0-2 working days

• Order Weight: (0-199 grams) - Postage Cost: £3.49

• Order Weight: (≥ 200 grams) - Postage Cost: £4.99

• Insurance Coverage: £150

Dispatch Times

 

All items ordered Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day for orders places before 12pm. 

 

Items order on Saturday's, Sundays and Later than 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped Next working day. 

International Shipping

• We currently do not offer international shipping. Please sign up for emails to be notified when this policy changes.

Lost/Stolen & Damaged Packages

• PokePortal LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

• If your parcel is lost due to courier error, please complete Royal Mail’s ‘Declaration of Non-Receipt’ form.

• Tracked 24 are covered up to £150. Special Delivery is covered up to £750 and can be increased upon request.
