The latest reveals from Japan’s upcoming Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia sets have dropped, showcasing some powerful new cards headed to the international Mega Evolution set, releasing on September 26th. Mega Camerupt ex – Fire – HP340

  • [R] Roasting Heat: 80+ damage. If the opponent’s Active Pokémon is Burned, this attack does 160 more damage.

  • [R][C][C][C] Volcano Meteor: 280 damage. Discard 2 Energy from this Pokémon.

Mega Evolution Rule: When Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards.

Weakness: Water ×2

Retreat: 4

This Fire-type behemoth hits like a volcano. Roasting Heat can dish out up to 240 damage under Burn conditions, and Volcano Meteor is a near one-hit-KO option with heavy cost.

  • Ability: Run Errand – Once per turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, draw 2 cards. (Only one Run Errand per turn.)

Mega Evolution Rule: When Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards.

Weakness: Fighting ×2

Retreat: 3

With strong draw power and coin-flip burst potential, Mega Kangaskhan ex offers flexibility and explosive offensive options.

Kyogre – Water – HP150

From Mega Symphonia, this Legendary Pokémon uses the discard pile as a weapon:

  • [W] Riptide: 20× damage for each [W] Energy in your discard pile. Then, shuffle those Energy into your deck.

  • [W][W][C] Swirling Waves: 130 damage. Discard 2 Energy from this Pokémon.

Weakness: Lightning ×2

Retreat: 3

Kyogre brings energy recycling into the mix, perfect for Water-based decks needing recovery and late-game finishers.

Marshadow – Fighting – HP90
